Forms that are live, with direct URLs ready for menu items. Click View Submissions on any row to open that form's collected responses.

• My Publish Forms: your published forms. View Submissions or Delete the publication.
• Shared Publish Forms: view-only publications shared with you.
• Admin (admins only): every published form. Activate, Deactivate, or open submissions.
