Manage Roles

Roles control who can see what. Every sharing dropdown elsewhere in the app uses this list.

Roles list

The left panel lists every role. Click Add New Role to create one. Remove deletes a role.

Assign users to a role

Select a role to open its users grid on the right. Click Add User to add members and Remove to take them out, then click Save.

Assign menu access

Below the users grid, a menu tree shows every menu category and item. Tick the ones this role should see, then click Save.
